Staff is very professional and they work with most major insurances. I have used glasses all my life and seen many doctors but this is where I'll stay.

FRAUD!!! BE CAREFUL!! I first came into get an eye exam in October, purchased glasses from the very limited selection and was told I would be called back within 2 weeks to pick up glasses. No call ever came and after 4 weeks I went it to inquire. I tried on the glasses and had blurry vision. They tried to convince me to keep them, saying it was my eyes that need to get used to it but after +15 years of using glasses I knew it wasn't right. I rejected the glasses and had to have an extensive debate with the lousy receptionist to be re-tested or have the frames fixed. They didn't have the courtesy to test me that moment so they made me come back a week later to be re-tested. I came in and the doctor said I had the same prescription so she would send the glasses back to company who made them to be re-evaluated because "there they could only test the center part of the glass and perhaps there was something wrong with the outer area" and have an answer for me in 2 weeks. Four weeks went by and no call. I called to check the status and was told (by both the doctor and receptionist) that they never said they would send them back to be re-evaluated , that we had agreed the frames were too big and I needed to change them but that I had left in a hurry that day and said I would come back at a later date. An absolute lie!! I was outraged by such unprofessionalism, by now 3 months since had passed, but the worst part was the lying. Making up a whole conversation was the last straw. I demanded a full reimbursement and was told they couldn't because they had already charged my insurance company. I regret not reading the reviews before. Please trust me when I say: BE CAREFUL, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND NEVER BUY GLASSES HERE.
I've been seeing Dr. Espinosa for over 6 years and her care is always great. My appointments have always been timely and I have never had any issue with prescritions or insurance. I would definatley recommend her to family & friends!!
I agree with everyone about the cheap eye wear the only reason we went here is because the military sent us here ... which i already call and flag this poorly so called dr.! tri-care will soon not be using her.. at first it seem nice but a closer look it was so dusty dirty.. the dr call my daughter a drama queen she is only 8!! i asked how bad her eyes where? she couldn't answer my question she said to pick out her glasses but i wanted to know what her prescription was.... fine i looked around the glasses are cheap quality just like her service... didn't pick any glasses the girl who help us out told the dr no glasses for her ok, dr gave me a weird stare and told me to go back in the room with my daughter she said she needed drops for her eye ?? drops? i say what kind before i knew it she dilated her eyes!! there was no need for that!! my daughter cried because she was being rough with her and thats when she call her a drama queen!!! i strongly believe she dilated her eyes because we did not purchase any eye wear from her. and to top it off she did not give my daughter the black shade you get after they dilated your eye!! worse dr ever! i have seen in my life! so unprofessional eye center im glad i voice my experience to my insurance company tri care and i sent them a link to this review they were shock to hear that they were still using her but not for long! they wanted to get more money out of the insurance company by dilated my daughters eyes.. u know you dont have to get your eyes dilated if everything looks good theres no reason, they must have a good reason to dilated not just because. i feel bad for the girls who wrote a review and the dr kick her out because of it.. this dr should not be allowed to practice or at less take a navigate review and make changes.. IGNORANCE doesn't make you better!! Better place for good affordable name eye wear SAM'S CLUB got a complete pair for $80.00
Customer Service FAIL! Insisted that "all sales were final" despite the sign on their wall clearly stating "frames have 1-year warranty." When pressed they finally agreed to honor the warranty, but not before having to first pay $45. I don't normally go out of my way to post bad reviews, but these people really upset my wife unnecessarily and were willing to lose our business over a cheap pair of frames. No common sense, and even less customer service (technically competent though).
