Unfortunately, I'd give zero stars if I could. My husband and I have truly never dealt with worse customer service before. Everything is wrong with this place. There is no timeliness, efficiency, honesty, integrity, consideration, communication, or damage control to speak of within this company. The largest problem I see lies with the owner, Frankie. Long story, short, that is a BIG problem when the owner doesn't care enough to repair consumer relations. I guess it's not really a wonder that the rest of the company follows unprofessional suit...Our sales person, Barbara (WPB location) was consistently rude and surprisingly juvenile in her repeated dealings with us. Our experience was a shame and unfortunately, upon our dissatisfaction, this company just couldn't seem to figure out how, or care to, redeem themselves.
