The hours are great by Miami standards they open at 5am during week close late. Problem is many of the grips on the machines are broken,sliding off and the staff there couldnt care less regardless of how many times you tell them nothing is fixed. Machines work well but many have horrible grips.

They have also have nice free weight area. You have to sign contract with $30 something a month and initial fee to join.

Overall more for women than men if it wasnt that its only place in area that I can train at 5am before work wouldnt stay there. The perpetually broken grips are a pain and its not a gym for real working out. If you just like to tone stay in shape and safe area than you will like it.

Lots of machines some is so awkward like weird outdated uncomfortable pecdeck ,bicep machines that no one uses them and they are not replaced with better equipment so take a good look at the actual equipment before you join not just the quantity of equipment. They have a big pool,lots cardio,basketball,raquetball. Again if you just like to work out look at other gyms first
