        Ilovekickboxing .com at Westchester Martial Arts in Eastchester NY has become my favorite part of my weekly exercise routine. Every class is both challenging and fun. We work hard, sweat hard all while learning safe technique. Or the first time ever, I look forward to working out and I am stronger than ever!!
