Le Nail

Went to get a pedicure and at first everything was good. But towards the middle/end things were bad. One thing, she starting rushing painting my nails and finishing the the topcoat and all that when a few more clients started coming in. The big thing though was she cut a layer of skin off my heel which I didn't feel or realize until I had left the building and gotten into my car. Very upset about this because it is painful to walk now and I have an important event to go to. The girl was nice but she was careless when she used that cheese-grater looking thing on my foot, half the time when she was using it she wasn't even looking at my foot, no wonder I got cut! I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE THESE PEOPLE GREAT TO WORK WITH AND GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO DO MY NAILS THE WAY I WANT THEM DONE!

I can not even begin to explain what a horrible experience it was!! I went with 2 friends & We all walked away with by far the worst nails we've ever had done! Both men working rushed through our nails and Did not take the time to insure they were done correctly. My nails are still sticky from the gel, they're shaped unevenly, they're not painted completely, and the tops were left all bumpy. Not to mention the guy heated up the top coat, which I've never seen before, and had it so hot he had to hold it with a towel and then spilled it on my fingers and burned me. Friend one's nails are all different shapes and the design on them, which is simple, looks like a 3 year old tried to do it. Then friend 2 asked for a simple design and it looked so ungodly awful! She then asked for him to redo them and just paint a single color, because by this time we all just wanted far away from this place, and as he was taking the first design off he was so rough with her nails one ripped off... We all left extremely disappointed!! I will never go there again! Worst nail experience EVER!!!!
