The guys were WONDERFUL, and I'm thrilled with their results. The carpet looks and smells fantastic. As a bonus, they treated my things with respect: They had an unforeseen event where one of their machines stopped working and I felt bad for them yet the insisted on going back to their shop to get a replacement and they did just that. It's been a week and I still gaze at my carpet, they got out stains I thought would never come out.



Bonus: they worked very fast and arrived on time for the prescribed window. That almost never happens and they were very friendly.

The service my family and I received from Upright Carpet Cleaning and Commercial Services was great! I made a last minute request to have four rooms in my mother’s home steam cleaned. Raymond and Eric, of Upright Service, came out the next day, accommodated my schedule, and did a wonderful job of cleaning my mother’s carpets.
