Horrible customer service the girl kept stopping said she was sick from being pregnant well she should've stayed home then. I'm pregnant also if I'm sick I stay home from work or leave if I get sick while at work. Also the girl she left help her braided SO TIGHT my scalp is LITERALLY raw where she did braids and SHES NOT EVEN AFRICAN it took THREE AND A HALF hours for regular French braids with hair added and I only got one layer my hair was SO TIGHT IT HURT SO BAD I've had zillions more than once and had Africans or others braid tight but this is horrible the worse braids I've ever had honestly. I wish I could upload a picture of my RAW SCALP ready to snap tf out on they ass my hair never been so tight that my scalp turned raw EVER

Be careful of the bed-bugs. Shop is not clean and stylist do not practice cleanliness.

1..Stylist does not wash hands before/after or between customers.

2. Shop is unsanitary, unclean, unorganized.

3. Hair on floor.

4, Staff not customer friendly. Does not honor appointments..

5, Caters to new customers with great service and prices, After a few visits, they increase the price on styles and does not treat customers with great service, such as not greeting customer when they come in shop, the owner (Amara) sets charges on what she charges a customer based on who you are.

6. Staff- has attitude
