We started Modern Living Concepts with the goal of building high-quality, energy-efficient, affordable custom homes that would operate simply, and continue to be low maintenance for the owners.Providing easy accessibility with an open floor plan and plenty of storage, regardless of the size of the home. We also give our customers the ability to see the design of their home, and even walk through it with 3D Virtual Tours with the software we use, instantly making changes to create the perfect home for them. The Outcome: To create homes that will make our customers happy and satisfied for years to come. We have reached this goal and continue to build upon it each opportunity we are given.
