Toys R Us

my son received a king kong toy set for his birthday. we opened it and it was broken and missing figurines, like maybe someone had already bought it and returned it broken. i called the store and the woman was very rude, i told her it was a gift so therefore i have no receipt. she said she couldn't help me without a receipt and hung up. it makes me not to ever shop at toys r us again and i have spent a large sum of money there of the years.

This store has great workers that will always ask if they can help when they walk by you. The store definatly needs some updating though. It is very run down and has an unclean feeling about it.
