        I do CONCEPTUAL DESIGN in a single session for a flat fee. I work with you to design practical solutions to your remodeling problems. My goal is to save you money in my economy of design. Come to me BEFORE you call the contractors and get something tangible​ for them to bid on and get the most competitive price.
