I bought this as a living social (the free 8x10 picture you receive is not the one advertised). The photographer was great with my children. She was very patient and personable. I'm rating this a 2 star for a few reasons. The main reason is I purchased the CD with my pictures. On her high def screen at the office, the pictures did not look bad. When I got them home and took a better look, HALF of the pictures were overexposed. They washed out my children. I called and emailed the business and have not had a return call. This is frustrating because I was planning on using some of the pictures for my Xmas cards.
Another reason for the 2 star... This business is not in the best location. They usher you into a room to wait for them to get set up. Around the room you will find video cameras and signs up stating you are on video. It made the experience a little uncomfortable.
Just a side note... the photos that are on the website and attached to this studio on this website are very rich in color. These are the vibrant colors I was hoping for with my pictures.

SCAM...False advertising. Disappointed. I bought the Living Social deal. They would not let us have the same pose that's pictured on the deal. Anything other than their "Pose #1" which is just sitting on a bench with hands folded on their lap with no sparkles, etc. was not allowed for the deal. But that's how it was advertised. Any other poses could be done and purchased for unreasonable prices! Total waste of time and money.

We were told to arrive on time or being late would forfit our appointment. We knocked on the front door of this little house on Federal and had to carefully shimmy right through the middle of a photo shoot in progress while they paused to let us through. We were put in a little room with surveillance for more than 15 minutes. Then we got a small choice of costumes with broken zippers, some lip gloss and had to change in a bathroom that you could hardly turn around in. We tried to make the best of it and found a costume for each and didn't know there was a problem until we were ready to take the first picture. I pointed to the picture on the wall that was in the ad and said that I wanted that pose for the first one. That's when the trouble started right in front of the girls. Oh no, you don't get to choose the pose, and we're doing them together.

I scheduled 2 consecutive separate appointments. We had 2 coupons for 2 little girls. We purchased 2 coupons (1 gifted) for 2 households for 2 sisters to be done separately. I did comply with the fine print because the parents are divorced and the girls live in 2 different households. They argued with us that because they are sisters we could not use the 2nd coupon. The fine print does not limit sisters. It says one per household. The photographer and assistant kept talking to each other in Spanish which we could not understand, and they did not listen to the fact that we complied and wanted to choose the pose for the photo. They wasted the first coupon because they put them together in the same picture on a bench. It was not the pose that we wanted from the advertisement when we bought it. He took a few pictures (probably about 5 or so shots) of them on the bench. Totally annoyed, I got the girls changed back into their clothes and found out there were only (2) shots that were good enough to choose from. I didn't even look at them and walked out. The second coupon for $25.00 was not allowed to be used.

Total waste of money. Costumes and cheap and itchy. My one year old was afraid of the bench and when I asked if we could just move it, I was told no because that "pose" isn't the one with the groupon! It's $40 for one additional picture and we were told it'll take 4 weeks! For ONE picture! Save your money!!!!!

Extremely disappointed in the service, or lack thereof, provided for the Living Social deal. From the minute we arrived it was clear that they only cared about upselling & the whole situation felt very scammy & in my opinion, false advertisement. We arrived on time & walked into someone's house where we were put into a small room for 15 minutes with a video camera filming us. There were signs posted everywhere that we were under surveillance & not to use our cell phones. Prior to the appt, we confirmed that we had purchased two separate living social deals for two children to be photographed separately. One was a Christmas present from Grandma & another from their Aunt, yet upon arrival we were told that they could only be photographed together & that they would not honor the 2nd deal, even though it was discussed prior to the session & purchased by two different family members. When we asked for a refund they told us that they would not give one or make things right & that we had essentially wasted our money & would have to dispute it with Living Social. We wanted to walk out right then but because we had planned this special day with the kids & driven over an hour, we stayed. When it came time to take the pictures, we were not offered the beautiful background or pose that was shown on the living social deal, but instead the girls were told to sit on a bench & face the camera & not allowed to choose their own pose. A few pictures were taken & it was all over since we were not going to shell out hundreds of dollars to be able to do additional poses. We were allowed to choose between only two pictures.... then expected to come back in a few weeks to pick up one single 8x10 photo, or pay a ridiculous fee to have it mailed. After waiting to speak with the owner, she was not at all accommodating or understanding but instead she was defensive & blamed us for not reading fine print. She did not care one bit that two little girls were being let down or that her assistant had miscommunicated with us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I normally support small businesses but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They did such an excellent job and were so patient with my almost three year old. Great pictures and excellent staff!!!

Sexy photography at it's best. I had some boudoir shots taken as a surprise present for my groom to be, when he saw them his jaw dropped and his expression was priceless.
