        Life transitions and stressors can be difficult and cause trouble for all of us as we move through them. I have a collaborative, supportive approach to therapy, and assist clients in gaining insight and skills in order to achieve their goals. I provide psychotherapy to both adults and children/adolescents, as well as couples, family and parenting therapy. I provide an integrative approach to treatment that utilizes a variety of techniques and theoretical modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Family Systems therapy.
