I bought a couple of groupons for my boyfriend and me. The day before my apt I had a seizure (I have epilepsy). I called the day before and asked if I can reschedule due to my situation. I was kindly told yes and to call the next day to reschedule. I called the next day and tried to reschedule the person who answered was rude and said that I missed my apt and I could only reschedule if I paid an extra fee. I tried to explain what had happened and how I was told it was fine the day before. The lady was rude and didn't even let me explain my situation. I wasn't reimbursed.
