I read about the 2010 Chevy Equinox on the internet and decided to check one out. Since I pass Mike Shaw Chevrolet everyday coming from work I chose them to do my investigation. On Saturday I made an appointment via email to stop by and see what the new Equinox was all about. I have been in the Denver area for a month and had an out of state registration on my 2007 Trailblazer. I was amazed by the Equinox test drive, as it is everything the experts say and what you read about the improvements GM have made. More than that was the no pressure approach by the sales staff. We went over the inventory they had and I decided on a LS model with AWD. The negotiations were very professional and not what usually is expected at a car dealership. We agreed on a price that was mutually acceptable to both parties and they offered a better credit deal than my Credit Union offered, based on my credit score. I felt that I was a regular customer for many years rather than someone from out of state that had just walked in. Everyone I passed greeted me and the Salesman, New Car Manager and General Manager all were genuine in their conversations with me. I spent time with the Business Manager filling out the paperwork and by coincidence we both had lived in the same area prior to moving to Colorado. The out of state registration and insurance posed no problems. I heartily recommend the Mike Shaw Chevrolet and Saab dealership because they actually cared about me as a customer and my needs rather than a way to sell a very popular model to the guy who just walked in for a look.
While I got a decent pre-owned 5th wheel at a relatively fair price (the only reason for 2 stars rather than 1), Windish did not follow through as promised. I bought with the intention of living in the unit immediately and through the winter. I was assured by the sales person that the trailer would be delivered de-winterized and very thoroughly checked over to ensure that everything worked properly (this was especially important since I have no way of moving the trailer for repair). I did receive a "walk-through" at purchase, but not knowing much at all about these things, I didn't know enough to know that the employee had very little knowledge of the trailer I bought (he failed to mention several key features). Not only did Windish fail to de-winterize, but they also failed to catch a water pump issue and a thermostat problem. Had they gone through the trailer as thoroughly as promised, these things should have been caught. I called a number of times to address the issues with Windish, but after failing to reach a live person I resorted to email. The first person that responded seemed mostly annoyed that a 'service' issue had been direct to him. Te second person to call appeared helpful up until I explained that I had no way of transporting the trailer to Windish for service. I was told she would talk to the GM and call me back. It had been two weeks and I've heard nothing.
I just purchased my new Silverado from here 4 days ago and I was so impressed with these guys and gals, that I promised I would give them a great review. My salesperson Joel, was patient and not pushy....he helped put everything in perspective for me....he even helped me get a lower rate on insurance for my new Silverado. He knew exactly what i needed to try a new lease. And just when I thought I was ready to go, their finance department put the cherry on top. They went over all the details in my paperwork and even recommended some pretty awesome option to take care of my new truck. Joaquin the finance manager really helped me understand my options and benefits with leasing...if all goes well i hope to always lease a new car from them. Once I was done with my paperwork Joel walked me thru taking delivery of my Silverado. He went thru it with tidious detail. He showed me everything from how to check my tire pressures on the dash to how to even set the clock. I am trully astonished the level of Superior service I have received. CHEVROLET needs to recognize these guys for their awesome service. I told Joel that I will be sending all my friends and family to him so that they too can receive the high quality service I have received. Truly impressed with my new truck and these guys have raised the bar in quality customer service. Thanks
I recently purchased a 2008 Dodge Durango from Skyline. I first contacted them on their website to confirm that the vehicle was available. I promptly received information about the Durango. When I called to arrange a time to look at the vehicle, I visited with Ed Burton, who said he would have the vehicle ready. When I arrived, Ed had the Durango ready as promised (he had even taken it to a gas station to add fuel before I got there). I mentioned that I had seen the Durango advertised in the Denver Post as part of their end of the year sale. I expected that there would be some catch and that there would be additional costs or fees in addition to the sales price - but pleasantly, there were not. There were no high pressure tactics at all. Ed answered all the questions I asked, gave me the Carfax info, and told me what the final cost would be after taxes were added to the sales price. This was the most hassle-free car buying experience I have ever had - and I've bought quite a few cars over the years. I am very satisfied with the Durango and with Skyline. And i recommend Ed as a salesperson. All in all, a very good buying experience!
Steven is the on-line sales guy and he was easy to work with. He also has a 2008 Evo and was very excited that I was looking for one. He got me the price I wanted, all the warranties transferred over as they should, he knew everything about the car and was able to answer all my questions honestly. I asked him questions about the car, the warranties, the price ranges, NADA price guides...I knew all the answers already, I just wanted to make sure I was dealing with an honest guy. Steve pulled up the CARFAX for me. We found there were two recalls with the car I was looking to buy and to prove the recalls were fixed, the service department printed out the receipts for me to keep as proof the work was done. The dealership itself looks kind of ghetto but they are a diamond rated dealership for service and they are a BBB business. So don't let the appearance of the interior discourage you. If you are looking for a car, go check out Skyline and ask for Steven before making a purchase.
The guys at AutoNation Chevrolet are straightforward. There's something you will get when you a buy a car here that you won't get from any other used car dealer, and that is PEACE OF MIND. To me this is worth more than any incentive other dealerships might throw at you. I bought my car from here 2 months ago. I have been so happy with it. The process, from start to finish, was hassle free the sales person I worked with helped me get a lower interest rate on my loan, which helped me get a better deal and qualify for a better car. Overall, I was happy with how quickly the whole process went. Everyone who came through smiled and said hi. There wasn't any pressure to buy a car, they were patient while I looked at 10+ cars. I will come back when I need another car, and I will recommend them to my friends and coworkers.
This dealership is an excellent place to do business! My wife and I found our salesman Bill Dionne to be extremely courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of both us and our time. Having done our research online beforehand, we knew exactly what we wanted. Happily he was able to deliver the exact vehicle in the color we for. Better still, we actually ended up paying a little less than what we had originally expected to...........for a change! In summary, judging from the way we were treated from the moment we were greeted to vehicle delivery made it pretty clear that they appreciated us and our business. As such, purchasing a vehicle from the folks at AutoNation Nissan 104 is something we can recommend with confidence and enthusiasm as we found it a great place to do business.

Went in looking for a 4Runner at the one on Broadway, Greeted by Kelly Nemieth. Our experience was by fay the best we have ever had at any dealership. We expected the best service and we got the best. We are very happy that we were able to deal with him. He took care of everything for us I have never bought a vehilcle so easily in my life and the whole process was stress free. The dealership is amazing and I am very happy that we decided to go there. We were debating between Stevinson Toyota and Mountain States Toyota. Being an existing Stevinson Lexus customer I have to say Mountain States by far takes the cake. Thank you kelly, he def gave us a whole new buying exerience. I would reccomend this dealer and kelly to anyone and everyone. cant go wrong here.
I've been a loyal customer at this location for years and very disappointed at how the customer service has taken a steep decline over the last 6 months. In particular, when I call to set up an appointment or even ask questions, the customer reps (Helena in particular) that answer the phone are the most arrogant, rude and immature girls I've ever dealt with at a professional establishment. It's clearly too much to expect that they answer simple questions without flippant attitude. I get that we all have our off days, but when it has happened the last 5 times I've called with either a question or trying to set up a service appointment - I guess I need to learn my lesson and take my business elsewhere.
