Boss Dogs

Came upon this diamond in the rough a couple months ago.. I got be honest, i never thought id enjoy a simple hot dog like i did on this particular occasion .. This guy has something that no road side vendor has ever offered with such a classic.. First things first, he actually gets fresh baked rolls and butter toasts them!! Yes, i asked him, he is from maine originally and feels he should not succumb to the popular "trends" about hot dogs, ergo; Chicago dog, coney island dogs, dirty water dogs,ect.. (His words not mine)," We are not inventing the wheel, however we are obligated to serve a product that is true to its original form and purpose and to do it right.. Basically, its about the comfort food aspect and not an out of town perspective to bring a dolled up or "non original" idea upon this grillable meat.. Basically, you aint gonna get anything but a damn good hot dog or sausage in true play of what it really is, no fancy ingredients just a damn good roll and damn good meat, when you eat at BOSS DOGS." I will be going back and spreading the word, this guy is passionate and he is indeed not looking to impress anyone with alot of signature ideas, just a fully satisfying taste from an original classic..
