Mbp Appraisal

Two people from this business came to appraise my house before final lender approval. First, they were late and did not call. Second, they did not bring a ladder and asked to borrow mine. Third, after checking my heating/air conditioning unit, they left my air conditioner on and the thermostat set to 59 degrees. Fourth, the appraiser thought that the pressure tank for my well was actually a tankless water heater. Note: you have to give a business at least one star to write a review....otherwise I would give them none.
