Dr. Pitkin and his team is awesome! I have been involved in two rescues/shelters and have seen my share of Vet. offices, but none can compare to Dr. Pitkin and his team. He has a small practice that when you enter, feels more like home. There is always a dog or cat to talk to along with a person. Not only does Dr. Pitkin and his team clearly show they care about your animal. Sometimes when i would go into a Vet. Office, the employees would seem too busy to actually have a conversation with; but not at Cross County Vet Services!



We have been going to them since I can remember (I'm in my 20's now) and they have been nothing but excellent. They truly care about all the animals in their care. When our dog was suffering from kidney failure, they were nothing but supportive. When ever our dog needed to be seen or we had a question or needed a refill, they where there and always welcoming. There services have the best price in Delaware as far as I can tell too.



If the Tech. needs to ask one of the Dr.'s a question they always call back as soon as they can too.



If you want a Vet. and a team that honestly cares about your pets, Cross County Vet Services is the place to go!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Cross County Vet Services(what they are called now) is the cheapest place to get your pets vaccinated and neutered/spayed. They are about half the price of other in town practices and the people are very caring and want to help you understand what is going on with the animal(s). I will be going to this vet service for the rest of the time that I live in Delaware.
