Love this place! Jennifer is an amazing hair stylist, and such a sweet person. She is always super flexible with scheduling my appointments and I always leave with my hair looking great! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

The lady that works in the salon off western, totally sucks. She was rude and didn't cut my daughter's hair, said she was done for the day and it wasn't even closing time yet. I don't recommend that place to anyone.

I have been going to hair rage v since I moved here in 2007 and melissa is the only one who's done my hair...she does an awesome job every time..I will never go anywhere else

I went to the hair rage next to planet fitness in okc. I went to Kerry. First of all the mannerism of the staff on the phone was poor. They sounded pissed off whenever I called to set up an appointment. I walk in and get the appointment started. I tell Kerry to do a small trim. She cuts off 4-5 inches of hair. I measured because my hair was past my armpit and now it is barely touching my color bone. I have been trying to grow my hair out for years and she completely ruined it. Maybe she was trying to get back at me for her awful haircut and my last minute appointment. Then we proceed to the color. She had to go around and ask other stylists how to color hair. Even the more advanced stylists gave her the wrong info, so my roots came out bright Ariel red. Then we had to completely redo the color, which in result, made my hair WAY darker than I wanted, even though the manager assured me that it would not come out darker. The manager also had a very careless attitude. She acted like it was no big deal that my hair was completely messed up. After about 8 smoke breaks, Kerry finished my hair finally. When I went to check out, she didn't even know how to work her own credit card system. She had me type all of my info in myself. After leaving, my hair reeked of smoke and was the choppiest, worst cut I have ever received. Clearly, they need to remove Kerry off of the floor before she ruins anyone else hair. The salon should be managed better as well. I still can't believe they made me pay for the worst experience I have ever had..needless to say, no one go to Kerry.

I am new to the world of coloring hair. Im 35 and have never in my life colored my hair in any way. I decided to do something different and I wanted wild orchid peak a boos. My stylist was Jo Stroope. I told her what I wanted and she talked me into what is called a halo instead of peak a boos. Being new to hair color i accepted and never got my peek a boos. Once she applied the color I noticed it was very bright and pinkish and was all over my forehead. She said she made an executive decision and changed my color from wild orchid to magenta. I objected and said but its pink. She told me to trust her that it is more purple and that it would not be pink. I said ok because I know nothing of hair coloring and I trusted her. When we were done it was very bright and reddish pink in color. I went home and washed my hair the next day with normal shampoo. As my stulist neglected to tell me you have to use color safe shampoos I had no idea, so with two washes the color is now so faded its ugly and is completely gone from the hairs tip and is most definitely pink. Which i cant stand that color.

I contacted her three after getting it done and told her the color is severly faded an its a bright pink now. She told me you have to wash it in cold water to keep it from fading. I pointed out that its pink and I dont do pink. She was irritated and made an appointment for me to have the color redone. I was relunctant to accept because of her attitude but accepted. Shortly after I received a text from her telling me she will be charging me a $55 dollar redo fee.

She changed the color I asked for, failed to educate me in proper hair color care requirements and then wanted to charge me again to redo it. I told her I would find someone else to fix my hair and she replied "Good luck with that."

Do NOT use Jo from this establishment. She will not give you what you ask for and will refuse to fix what she messes up.

I will never go here again.

I have the BEST STYLIST ever:) If something I suggest won't work for me 'ie' time or special care,she tells me , and, if it will work she tells me.The best products are used here,and the process is never rushed.I have been using Hair Rage V for over 2 yrs now and have never been dissatisfied.From the most basic do's to the most EDGY ones ,this is the place to go.Staff is courteous and they assist one another .A team working together ! Jenn ,You are the Bomb:)

I love Hair Rage Salon V and Jennifer there is the best hair dresser ever. She makes sure that you look your best and if she thinks that what you want done isn't right our would look good she will tell you :)
