I have noticed signs located along the side of the road at the lots location that read MAKE OFFERS or to that effect, I called, made offer, was told manager was not there and he would return may call. Guess what, I'm still waiting. I've attempted to do business here in the past and met with the same type of resistance, since then I've bought one new car at Bay in Panama City and two new trucks at Oliver's in Crestview and one used car from a private owner. We have always paid cash. If you can't get their attention,imagine how hard it would be to go to the new car dealership on Nelson and buy a new car or truck and get proper service on your purchases. We will never think of attempting to by local after realizing that no one knows how to pick up the phone and return a simple call.
