Solid Rock Computers

I just picked my computer up from SRC. I was blown away by the service. The people were kind to me from the moment I called. They answered every question ( I had a lot of them), and they never acted like I was a bother.

I having been to Solid Rock many times. They have been wonderful to me every time. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with a computer or tablet.

The only service worse than bad service is NO service. I couldn't get anyone there to even acknowledge my presence in the store, much less getting someone to actually talk to me about what I might be needing. I called and left them a message 2 hours prior to my visit but no one bothered to return my call. Now I'm out not only my valuable time (60 minutes driving) but my gas as well. Thus, I took my computer to nearby Best Price Computers. they looked at it and diagnosed it for free (versus $40 to plug it in at whatever they're called here now). Two staff people at EK/SR/WTF Computers ignored me as I sat there and waiting. At least one of the 2 people could have said "I'll get someone to help you"', Thanks for waiting"' or SOMETHING!!! Pitiful and pathetic. Go ANYWHERE else!
