Partners in Employment, established in 1996, is a placement agency for people with disabilities. The services offered by the agency include vocational evaluation, informational interviews, job placement, job development, job shadowing, job coaching, job-seeking skills training, and follow-up services. It also offers services to employers in the screening and selection of employees, orientation of new employees, and assistance in addressing performance issues with challenging employees. Partners in Employment is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, an independent, nonprofit accreditor of human service providers in the areas of rehabilitation, employment, child and family, community, and aging services.
