Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

Called Shawn Jackson's office to do a simple bathroom sink drain issue. He called and told me both bathroom sinks were clogged and the charge would be a whopping $320. I needed help at that time, normal business hours on a Monday. I was charged another $60 for some enzyme to prevent further clogging. I now feel the charge was excessive. I had to make five calls (many went to an out-of-state call center) to get a paid receipt.

Called at 1000pm for appt today 5 April. 1200-400pm. Window. Explained I was flying out must have plumber. No problem? At 2:30 called working on plumber, at 4:10 I called them. Sorry no one available REALLY? Customer service left the bldg. Epic Failure. You deserve no stars. Forget about your customers and they won't come back and you get free advertisement as the worst customer service!

The first person they sent was a disaster. After we complaned, they sent Alisa which was great help and very professional.

I went online at 10pm last night to set up an appointment after I ran my washing machine and the water started coming up through my kitchen sink. Alisa showed up this morning prompt and cheerful in the window of time I selected. She was very informative and enlightening. She made me feel comfortable and was a good teacher to the gentleman she was training. They corrected the problem in a timely manner and when they left I felt very happy with the work done.

Alisa was friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable & knew immediately what had to be done. Never made me feel stupid for putting black beans, pork, & rice down the disposal. ;) Two thumbs up for Alisa!!!!

Alisa came out sooner then expected, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Explained what needed to be done, took care of it and gave advice on future maintenance. I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to call again.

Alica was so knowledgable and did a great job at fixing the mess I had created in my kitchen sink. Thank you! :) Never Ever should you put metamucil down your garbage disposal!!

My bathroom toilet and bathtub were completely clogged. Alisha, from the Ft. Lauderdale location, showed up about 30 minutes after we called (around 7:15pm). Alisha stated that the toilet was most likely clogged but wanted to use the camera to be 100% sure. After using the camera, Alisha found that toilet tissue was clogging the toilet. Alisha cleared the clog. Bathtub was working great but toilet still wasn't flushing like it should. Alisha brought the camera back out and found that our cast iron pipes were corroded by the toilet causing the toilet to not flush like it should. Alisha was very thorough and helpful. She was very professional and friendly. Price was reasonable, even on a teacher salary :) and I would definitely be using rooter-rooter in the future and would highly recommend them to others!

I noticed my ceiling had streaks of water on it one afternoon. I immediately called Roto-Rooter and they came out within 2 hours of my call. Turns out my water-heater was leaking and my drain valve was clogged and over flowing into the ceiling. Thankfully, we caught it early. The next morning Clarke came out and installed a brand new one and unclogged my line and all was good, before it could have been a major issue. Clarke was very professional and did a great job. Thanks Roto-Rooter!!

My bathroom was clogged and Adam arrived on time and solved the problem. However, he recommended I check the pipe with a camera. The next technician, Alisa, arrived shortly and the said that the pipe was broken. Adam was correct. They had to excavate and repair the pipe. I'm so glad I called Roto-Rootor. Both Adam and Alisa were very professional, courteous and friendly. They cleaned up the area after they had finished. Thank you Alisa and Adam for such a great job!!!! I will definitely call Roto-Rootor again. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has a plumbing problem. Thank YOU!!!!

I was very happy with the services provided. Dennis was able to fix a tricky problem quickly & effectively. Moreover, he was very professional, courteous & effective at solving the problem. I would highly recommend roto-rooter to anyone.

I called before 7 am on a Monday and James #2318 was here quick as a jiffy. He was so polite and friendly. He answered all my questions and did the work completely. He didnt even leave a mess behind. :) I'll definitely call them again!

I contacted Roto Rooter per a friends advice, they responded very quickly and exactly within the time frame noted on my conversation. Alisa #18181453 arrived and was able to find my problem very quickly, to my surprise there was a baby alligator in my pipe, however unfortunately that wasn't my only problem because she found a busted pipe maybe from a tree root. She was able to answer all of my questions and steered me in the right direction to get it fixed. Thank you Roto-Rooter.

Over the years we've experienced about annually a back up from our shower to the toilet, back and forth. It is absolutely disgusting to say the least. Everything that should go down the toilet was coming up and flooding out our shower. A snake from the roof was our typical fix and this time, it was not fixing this disgust. We had no other choice but to call Roto-Rooter on our Friday evening. Brian (#18150121) came out and he was awesome. He had a great personality and was very helpful. He fixed the issue in no time. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and very educated with plumbing. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Brian! He was wonderful. My dog was even crazy about him. My Husband & I were happy that he was the chosen one to pay us a visit.

Tried to replace one of my old toilets with a new 1.28 gal and found that the toilet flange that holds the toilet to the floor was broke twice. Called Roto-Rooter and this very nice man came out and showed me what he can do and gave me a fair price for the job. Now everything is all fixed and working great. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

Alisa: 18163196 contacted me quickly and Roto-Rooter was at my location in less than 2 hours to fix my plumbing issue. Alisa was very informative, showed me the blockage, fixed it than made future recommendations to prevent and issues of this nature from occurring again. I was MORE THAN Satisfied with the level of professionalism and service that I received and would use Roto-Rooter again as well as refer them to any friend or family member that needed plumbing assistance.... ONE DAY IN STUART FLORIDA...DENNIS FROM ROTO-ROOTER IS AN EMPLOYEE THAT EVERYONE SHOULD STIVE TO BE! HE WAS PROMPT, POLITE AND MOST OF ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE...HE SNAKED AND BLASTED OUR PIPES, HE HAD TO REMOVE THE TOILET TO DO SO, WHICH WAS NOT AN EASY TASK...HE DID IT WITH GENTLE CARE AND REPLACED AND CALKED IT AS A PROFESSIONAL WOULD! Yesterday my kitchen and laundry room exploded! There was food from garbage disposal coming out from behind my washing machine! Not to mention the 50 shades of disgusting coming up from my kitchen sink! Roto-rooter was at my home in about 30 minutes, and solved problem in even less time!
