Extremely unprofessional and very unsatisfied.
There was no communication as to when the recital, pictures and if there was practice date changes. If any communication was made it was through a note, that was vague. Practice would start at least 10-15 minutes late EVERY single week, then get out 5 minutes early. Not sure if this was normal (due to lack of communication) or if it was simply the unprofessionalism of the 15 year old instructing the class. However the owner would sit and talk with her as as the kids were waiting 15 minutes past.
The studio never asked how our experience was, and why we stopped attending, however he was sure to "try" to bill for almost 2 months of not attending.
Would not recommend for the introductory ballet.
Not sure how the other classes are, however the owner is very difficult to communicate. There is no letters, no emails, no nothing....

Toxic environment. Studio director vapes in front of the children and the owner himself scams people out of money! I would rate 0 stars if I could!!!!

Side note, there was never any TP in the bathrooms. How weird is that?!
