        Overall

        When my mother died in September of 2012 they were extremely helpful and professional in handling her cremation.

        Fast forward to 2016 -- I just called to pick up her ashes (for distribution in another city) and they located them in less than two minutes, despite having stored them for four years! I picked them up within an hour of calling. They were just remarkable.
