Blh Computers

They must have done some changes recently. I went in with a computer problem, and they hooked it up while I was there to see what it was doing. They were able to fix my problem quickly and didn't even get charged. They didn't talk down to me, and I was able to understand what they were talking about.

I dropped my computer off because it would not boot up at all. 20 mins later they call me and say it is fixd...i thought wow, thats great! Went in to get it and they said it was the bios device priority was wrong, that was BS because that was the first thing i checked!! There went $40. But thats ok, if i had any more problems in the next 30 days they will take that off the $100 flat rate fee they charge...lol... what a joke! I also wanted them to check all conections to the motherboard because it was not turning on or off proberly... they assured me they would... anothr line of BS... they did not ofcourse! Just 2 days ago my power supply failed, i thought i would give them a second chance, lol, wrong again! I drop it off and 15 min latr they call and say yup.. its the power supply, but we cant fix it because we dont have the right one.... that will be $40 for a 5 min look lol. These guys dont focus on customer service! In conclusion, save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else!

I would not recommend taking your computer to BLH for repair. Thier fees are not posted, they over charge and they only use old, scrap parts from recycled computers to repair your computer. A phone call after diagnosis would have been appreciated.
