I visit May 21 2017, & noticed a big change from previous years I visit. They weight the fish with ice on it. They say its a requirement by the health department. However their prices are not reduced to cover the difference in fresh or frozen fish, which frozen weight run the price up. The batter on the fish is holding due to it being frozen when cooking it. Plus its not the same as previous years I visit. I paid $38.11 & was not satisfied when I got home. Then they charge for condiments, what a get over. I will never go back ever again. I'm very dissatisfied with this place.
Sick to my stomach. I ate there tonight. While I was eating I looked up and saw a roach crawling down the wall and onto my table. The manager apologized, gave us a free meal and moved us to another table. I was so sick to my stomach, couldn't eat it. I just got up and left. By the way the crab legs were over cooked. Don't they specialize in crab legs? I will not eat there any more.
People like red lobster but honestly the other lyrics good thing about their food is the biscuits. The seafood is fake and taste that way. You would be better off making your own seafood. All you need is salt pepper lemon and butter. Then you have seafood.

The good is good. The customer service is sub par. They open at 10:30...some days. When they finally open, you can only get steamed food because it takes the grease 1 to 2 hours to heat up. Technically, they open at 2pm. If you go to get food, go after 2pm.FYI Kings seafood in Memorial Drive has this place beat. They are efficient, good, and ready to serve their customers when they open.
Over priced; very skimpy on the meat. My son and I went there 2weeks ago for a light bite. He ordered the meatball sub which was very salty, I tasted it too. He ended up leaving it! Now that's bad for an 18 y.o boy.... I ordered the Cuban sandwich and the meat couldn't have bee up to 2oz. And the cheese was barely perceptible! The bill was $16 +...wow what a rip off. Was very disappointed . Will only go after 6pm whenever I want a discount desert.
This used to be my favorite wing spot...I've lived in the area for over 2 years and would frequent this restaurant several times a month until recently. The food is great but the customer service is HORRIBLE! The last few times I visited, customers were unhappy with their order or service and have requested the manger's attention, but the manager refused to come out. During the Thanksgiving holiday, my family came to town and I took them to this restaurant. We were in there for 3 minutes and the manager (the only person working at the time) did not acknowledge our presence and sat on his chair playing on his phone. When confronted he accused my grandmother of saying "too expensive" when she actually said that it was rude that he wasn't speaking. Long story short, it ended with my mother and I asking for a little customer service and the manager (who is Korean) shouting at us and cursing at us in English and in Korean. When we asked for his manager's name he said there is no manager and stuck his middle finger up at us. I know that there are others who have had similar experiences because I've been in the restaurant on a Friday or Saturday night when this guy's rage and apathy has been displayed. I urge you to please detail your negative experiences so that people will stop patroning this restaurant.All I ask is if you are in the customer service industry, speak to your customers when they enter the door and be respectful.
