Unprofessional & poor customer service!



I received a call from the receptionist one day before my scheduled appt. She wanted to know if I could come in sooner than my set appt. time (which was scheduled weeks prior). I explained that I would not be able to come into the office sooner, but I was willing to reschedule for another day. the receptionist stated that would not be neccesary and that I could keep my appt. time. Can you believe the same receptionist called me the day of my appt to ask me again if I could come in sooner?! I explained that I'd already set my day up to be there at 1pm (schedule off work), from our previous conversation.



The receptionist placed me on hold and other rep (Ora) took over the call. Ora told me that the dentist would be waiting on me until 1:00, since the other appointments fell through (I'm thinking ... Am I being punked?! Who makes a statement like that to a customer.) I told her that sooner would not work for me today, she placed me on hold, came back to the line, then stated that the dentist wants me to reschedule since my appt. is for a cavity only. (Mind you, this is a tooth that has been bothering me for weeks now. Secondly, the other tooth was just filled by this office less than two months ago)



Basically, I was being forced to reschedule. I'm not sure why they called to ask, it was obviously the intention since the day before. Horrible customer service from the staff and the dentist! Now I must find a new dentist office...unreal.

Avoid these people. Dr Simmons set my appointment personally. When I took the day off for the procedure they not only did not schedule the correct procedure, they did not allow enough time to perform it. After sitting in the chair "numbing" for 45 min,they told me they would only have enough time for half of the work. twenty minutes later they returned to say they had no time and I would need to reschedule. Avoid they and seek out a professional dentist.
