Please don't use this company. They had my daughter who have mental health challenges waiting for them to arrive for over 3hours for a pic up. She had two small kids with her and the kids were frustrated and my daughter had began to melt down. She was on her mental health appointment and also needed to get to a regular doctor for a spider bite which had began to take toll on her body. Needless to say she missed the appointment for the spider bite. This was on a Friday so, she will have to go through the weekend sick all because of this transportation services which created a total downward spiral because they chose not to pick her up in a reasonable amount of time. Please, just don't do it and if you are a company that use this service, don't do this to your clients! Please! Just don't do it.

Transportation to medical appointments are great . However trying to obtain services for regular or private transportation is unprofessional. Have been trying to make contact with a ms. D-------- to no avail . Does not return calls. Tried for 5 weeks!
