I have been taking my car to this shop for the last couple of years. The staff is very professional and polite. Cindy who works there goes above and beyond to help customers. She takes time to explain things to customers. She is always polite when I visit. I will continue to take my car here for the great customer service.
I purchased a 2009 Jaguar XF Supercharged in full from Eugene Hunter/Goodfellas Auto Group in Decatur, Ga. on August 9, 2017. I signed all required docs that would allow Eugene to transfer the title in my name including a Georgia Dept of Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney & tag and title transfer application, both notarized by Eugene Hunter. Since then, I repeatedly called and text Mr. Hunter demanding and requesting that he apply for and transfer title and tag of my car in my name. Eugene repeatedly lied and stalled until I had enough and sought legal counsel. I was given a list of proper steps to take for reimbursement of the car. I filed a complaint with consumer's protection, notified the police, filed a complaint with the Georgia Sec of State Used Car Dealer Boards requesting his bond insurance company info, & submitted a claim to his bond ins. co. Once Mr. Hunter's bond ins. co. (Western Surety Co) located in Chicago contacted him requesting an explanation for failure to deliver tag & title, he told Ms. Huhta (claims handler) a LIE that his reasoning for not transferring the title is because I refused to sign it and that he had contacted me numerous of times about signing the title but I refused. Though I provided Ms. Huhta with all supporting docs of my claim including screenshots of text messages between Eugene Hunter and I which clearly shows ME constantly contacting him requesting and demanding he transfer title and tag in my name, Ms. Huhta still refused to reimburse me for the car. As of today, Eugene Hunter still has NOT provided me with the tag or title to my car. I have no choice but to proceed with litigation, file another police report, & apply for a bonded title. Once applied for, a title search will be done on my car. I have updated the consumer's protection office & the Georgia Secretary of State Used Car Dealers Board about the unresolved matter at hand. Eugene's practices are illegal and unethical. He should not be allowed to operate any business.
This place used to be good few years ago but I've only had bad experiences last couple of years. They always try to charge you more for the services you don't need and customer service is terrible!
Awful service. Still waiting on my deposit. Gene tell's lies after lies. He promised a car he could not deliver. Spent the deposit, now I have to take this brother to court to get my money back. Please stay away
I was lied to about the repairs needed. After diagnosis, was told I would absolutely need $1000 in repairs, went somewhere else to find out the necessary repair was actually only $70. Completely felt taken advantage of. Will definitely not be returning, and strongly encourage you to stay away from this place. They're the epitome of a shady mechanic, I'm very disappointed.
I would give them no star if I could. They are the worse car dealership ever !!! Don't even think about buying a car from here ! I bought a Chrysler 300 $3600 cash back in April still haven't received my title ! All I keep hearing is "I promise I will have the title for you before your temporary tag goes out" I'm on my 3rd temporary tag & still no title ! Constantly lie about being at the dealership picking up the title or auction out by the airport. Not to leave out The next day after buying the car it broke down on me. I contacted them & the owner & employees was very nasty to me about it. Basically telling me I am stuck with the car. It's over 10 major things wrong with this car. I can't even drive the car 10 mins without it breaking down on me , running hot. It's pretty much a TRASH CAR ! This is the worse car sale I have ever experienced!

Talked to owner. Needed water pump replaced. Asked to bring in on a thurs. And told him he could have it fri as well. He agreed. Thursday I show up. It's his birthday so he isn't there! Friday drop off truck 9am. I call back 4 pm. Still not done. Call back at 6pm. He says shop is closed we tried to call me. I check phone, he never called! Sat 8:45 I call. He say, can't talk call you soon. 9:45 can't get a hold of him. 10am I show up at shop. Truck is just coming off the lift. They say oh we were just keeping it in the shop for safe keeping.Week goes by truck is leaking antifreeze where pump meets the housing.Call shop they deny rushing the job and they blame the gasket.I know these guys are liars and they rushed this job and won't own up to it!These guys are crooks and liars!
