Trans City Cab & Shuttle

Trans City Cab Shuttle was originally created by Mrs. Pope F. She gathered so many contracts and ran a good company and did all this in 6 months. Everyone was shocked. When she left, all contracts were handled by Mr. Jal... Zai...The company went down a bit since he had to do it all on his own when she left, but she ran a tight ship and her marketing was off the charts. She took this business in Huntsville to expand to what we know as 'her 'divisions against recommendations of others to Decatur, Athens, Hartselle, Trinity, and was awesome. But overall the company is good! On her decision, the only ones that did not raise rates when every other company did because of gas hikes. She gave her drivers a bonus to help them out. She also took great care of her people/drivers. She and Jal were a great team. They endured when most others failed. I miss working there but am no longer in the industry.

I will use them again good driver reasonable price for distance they came and now im just writing words because it wants more to submit this review

The guy that answered the phone at this business is a piece of s**t!!! Just hung up the phone on me. Just hung up

Used them several times. I scheduled pickup early so I'm not late. They are Never on-time and after you call for an eta they quit answering the phone. This last time they didn't even show up. I ended up missing work.

They are never on time if you schedule a pick up. Then if you call to see what's going on they ignore your call. Worst can company

I called the cab service and l understand that it may take a minute to get to me but a a hour and 15 minutes later I called 3 times and even the operator was nasty to me.It's like they come when they want to and forget about what you have to do and get done. I will not use them again.

In my experience this guy is very rude and is not qualified to work with people. He will scream at you when you ask a simple question if you live in Decatur use the other taxi service he is very polite!

This man was rude...He hung up on me because I couldn't understand his foreign accent!
