Redstone Federal Credit Union

I have been a member for over 50 years and until lately Redstone has always been great. Maybe it`s just the Beltline Rd. location i`m not sure but the service there has gotten horrible. I went there to cash a check and tried the drive thru first but the outside holders for the deposit slips were empty so i had to drive around and go inside. They had only two windows open and only one person at each one and i was next. It took forever before even one person got through then the guy and the teller stood there chit chatting while i was waiting. I thought well maybe they don`t know i`m here waiting so i moved a little closer but then the other tell said in a snide voice " you have to move back behind that post " so i finally told them they need to quit chit chatting or get some more help in there. The whole thing was really ridicules so i just left and cashed my check at another bank. I doubt i`ll ever go back to that location, i may just close my account with them a stick with Wells Fargo
