Lax Limousine

To Whom It May Concern:

This was my experience with LAX Limousine rental out of Dearborn, MI (313) 584-5466

Reservations were at 10:30 in Royal Oak

Scheduled bus to pick up our 30 person party at 9:30 from Sharky's in Burton, MI (an hour away)

Bus driver arrived 45 minutes late

The bus kept stalling before we even left the parking lot

Had to stop & get gas

One headlight was out

Finally arrived in Royal Oak and was stopped by a broken down train. Instead of turning around and finding an alternate route, we stayed parked because our driver had NO GPS. Our party did not arrive to our location until 12:30!

I used this company back in 2011 for a bachelorette party. I reserved a hummer limousine. While making the reservation I asked if it had IPOD capability. The receptionist said yes. Weeks later I called to confirm, everything was a GO! I brought my IPod & auxiliary cord, only to find out they only play CD's!!!!

I decided to give this company another chance for my boyfriend’s 21st birthday. They have the best prices... Well, you know what they say... you pay for what you get! I’ve called & spoke with numerous employees only to hear the same thing "the owner will call you back.” It's now April, 4th and our party was March, 16th. I will never use this company again nor will I refer them to any potential customers! I will also tell everyone I know what my experience was with them TWICE. I am going online to find out where you can post reviews about them publically also. If I do not hear back from the owner by Monday I will file a small claims case against this company.
