A Storybook Ending Bridal & Prom Salon

Great service and a great selection! Within 2 hours I found my dress, my mom's dress and the bridesmaid dresses. Everyone was very helpful and made the process fun and easy. Can't wait to show the dress off to everyone at the wedding!

Amazing Bridal Store

i just purchased my dress at storybook ending with the help of christi she is amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable about what looks good on you i didnt even have to go to any other store to find my dress they are amazing with a wide variety of dresses and not only dresses i found an amazing hairpiece which they have a ton of variety i found my veil there and also they have THE most amazing jewerly which i also purchased there along with my shoes which they can make any color that you want there amazing and i wouldnt of wanted to go anywhere else

Out of all the bridal shops I went to A Storybook Ending had by far the best selection and the most personal staff. Had such a wonderful experience. I would recommend A Storybook Ending to any bride!

They have great customer service and are very personable. I felt very comfortable and I felt that I was the "main focus" of the appointment. The staff was very friendly and helped me with whatever I needed. There selection was amazing and they had many different choices. There bridesmaid section, mothers, and flower girl selections were great as well. The focus was on me and the staff went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed. I would highly recommend Storybook Endings Bridal Shop to anyone.

Very helpful when trying on wedding dresses! They were able to pull dresses that I would like and jazz them up with jewlery. Also, I am getting the bridesmaids dresses there and they have the biggest selection around! I will be doing more buisness with them.

I went looking for wedding dresses for a long day and only had 45 minutes before A Storybook Ending in Dewitt, IA closed. I rushed up there and am so glad I did. The prices were very similar to other places I had looked but as soon as I put on the first dress..I could tell how nice of dresses they were! I tried on a few and the lady at the store found my wedding dress!!! I bought a dress the first day I looked thanks to A Storybook Ending in Dewitt. Definetely recommend them!

I had heard about this fantastic full service bridal store in DeWitt and I have to admit I was skeptical at first. I was afraid the prices would be way out of my budget. After searching locally (Davenport) I was pleasantly surprised when I took a drive to DeWitt and realized that A Storybook Ending is truly the gem I had been missing! I was amazed at the customer service I received! I ended up just looking on my first visit and then went back 2 weeks later and purchased my gown. I could not have asked for a better bridal salon and I look forward to working with them as my wedding gets closer. It was refreshing to have such knowledgeable staff and the selection was unmatched.

Fabulous Selection of Gowns and Excellent Customer Service

I Love Storybook Ending! When my mom and I first walked into the Salon the staff greeted us immediately and the owner gave us a tour. She made us feel welcome and at ease. There is a great variety of gowns to choose from. I tried on 7 total and kept going back to the first dress. Christi was very kind and never made me feel rushed. I have already recommended this Salon to others! Thank you Storybook Ending for helping me find the dress of my dreams!!

I purchased my wedding gown from A Storybook Ending in March and had a fantastic experience. Myrna was extremely helpful picking out gowns and accessories. I visited a couple other stores in the Quad City Area and would highly recommend Storybook! A few weeks ago we went back and picked out bridesmaid gowns, and I am heading back tomorrow to look for a dress for my Mother. They have a great selection for everyone involved in the wedding :)

Do not believe all the positive reviews! Storybook offers brides discounts if they write favorable reviews and then bring copies of the reviews into the store; when you buy a dress, they even give you a list of websites on which to leave the reviews. I had a bad experience with Storybook...they measured me wrong, resulting in a way too small dress, blamed everyone else for their mistake (including inferring that I had gained a lot of weight in 6 months, which I hadn't!) They never apologized for their mistake, then they attempted to make it right with some poor alterations that completely showed and the dress still didn't fit but they insisted that because I could zip it, it was fine. The fact that it was so tight around my ribs that I couldn't breathe or sit down meant nothing to them. Myrna was rude and condescending to me, my mother and one of my bridesmaids when we had been nothing but respectful and polite to her. The store gets 2 stars instead of one only because it is clean, has a nice selection and Christi was nice (even when Myrna was not). Even with those things in mind, I still will never go there again and don't recommend anyone else does either. Customer service was AWFUL!

I recently just bought my wedding gown at A Storybook Ending. I actually visited the store 3 times, and they were willing to work with me every time. Buying your wedding gown is a big choice, and they do everything they can to help you make the right decision. Myrna, my consultant, was a great help and never gave up on us. I'm glad I choose A Storybook Ending as the place to say yes to my dress!

My experience with Storybook Ending Bridal is coming to a close, as my wedding day is near. I wanted to let future brides know that my experience with Storybook Endings has been very pleasant, cooperative, and organized. All the girls have been wonderful! For being a small town bridal store, they offer an amazing selection of bridal dresses, bridesmaid dresses, jewelry, shoes, and veil. This is a one-stop shop for bridal/bridesmaids wear. I have had to order several custom items for my dress such as belt, veil, and buttons; an storybook endings was very prompt as to when my items will be arriving and calling me when they reach to the store! I hope this post will help any concerns as y may have about this store, but my best advice is to stop in and take a look yourself and see what you think!!

I just recently bought my wedding dress and veil from a storybook ending and they wee fantastic. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I wasn't interested in. When I wanted to look at some other places before I made sure it was dress they were very nice and professional about it and welcomed me back when I decided it was my dress. I will be going back to look at mother of the bride and bridesmaid dresses. Love the one on one help you get, never felt rushed!

I recently bought my wedding dress from A Storybook Ending and had an absolutely wonderful experience at the store. The consultants were extremely helpful and the selection of dresses was great! They accommodated for my large group, and we all had a really fun time “saying yes to the dress.” I also was extremely impressed with their bridesmaid dress selection and am planning on returning to purchase my dresses there.

What a great experience! Along with my wedding dress, I've bought several other bridesmaid dresses for friends' weddings. Every single time I've gone to Storybook, I have been kindly greeted and have had great customer service! Each time I go, whether it's to try on my dress, pick up one of my bridesmaid dresses, or buy an accessory I am always pleased with their attentiveness. Patti has done an awesome job altering four of my dresses. She's always so kind and nice, even when I needed a last minute alteration. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with Storybook Ending and all the employees that work there. I am happy to recommend them to anyone!!!

This women has a mean streak and goes out of her way to sabotage your dream wedding dress if you do not buy from her. She offers coupons on a limited bases and they gets insulted if you ask for a miniumal discount. Be careful on your conversations ...She is very unprofessional

I ordered my dress a few weeks ago at A Storybook Ending in Dewitt, IA. I would 100% recomment going to this bridal store to look at dress. First the let you choose 5 dress you like to see what you are interesting in and then they will choose some dress that you may be interested in. I went in not wanting a lace dress whats so every and I walked out with a lace dress that I am total fascinated with. Thank you Storybook Ending for making my wedding dress shopping a wonderful experience!
