Love everything about this location especially the waitress Stephanie. And no matter what food I try it's always delicious. My favorite restaurant

This hotel was great! The property was right on the beach, it had great service, food and prices. We were very pleasantly surprised. My wife and …
Food is great and service is great, huge selection of food and reasonable prices. Craw fish is the best there
It was very disappointing... The waitress acted like she didn't care... Forgot to order one of our parties meal and then lied about where it was when it came 15 to 20 minutes after everybody started eating... It was dirty the forks had food crusted on them the knives were dirty maybe they should invest in a dishwasher!... The floors were dirty and the bathroom was pathetic! If they are going to charge those kinds of prices and pretend they're classy they may want to act the part!!When we spoke to the manager he too acted like he couldn't give a rat's rear end!
We've eaten there 4 times recently & loved it. The service & food were perfect. Prices are great. The rooftop section is not the same restaurant. Obviously improvements have been made. I have a shellfish allergy & they accommodated me wonderfully. I look forward to returning.
Great food, great prices. The Reuben fish sandwich is to die for. My wife had the Maui Maui excellent
Best service ever! We expected a long wait judging by how packed the parking lot was, but we were seated immediately. We had the most amazing and polite server named Kenzie, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and even suggested things on the menu. The bartender was great because my wife said she had the best amaretto sour of her life and she's hard to please with her favorite alcoholic beverage. The food was fantastic, best steak I've had in years and my wife's seafood was spectacular. We left a 50% tip because Kenzie was so great and we left her a note on our receipt requesting for her to show her manager that read "thanks for showing us that TN restaurants SUCK! Seriously the best service ever, she needs a raise!" She was so happy that she chased after us in the parking lot to give us the other half of our receipt stating " I assumed you guys are servers! I hope you enjoy your vacation!" And she went back inside. The receipt had a note that read "good server karma! Thank you!-Kenzie!" The experience was unbelievable. Will always return to this restaurant on vacation back here!
Same as the other reviews. Poor service. Roof top experience sub par. Couldn't reach a manager to explain issues with service. Then manager blew off complaints. Excellent atmosphere, food ok. Total disappointment.
The Oysters and conch fritter were awesome! My boys gave the burgers 5 stars and the shrimp Caesar salad my wife had was very good. Great service!
Real seafood (not just crabs) in a casual atmosphere. Dig in and eat with your hands if you want! Bibs provided. Staff, owner and cook all very friendly and attentive. Watch TV (it's not loud) on several different channels/screens (news, sports). On our first visit, our waitress recommended we try the Seafood Bowl with snow crab, shrimp, boiled egg, taters cut up, butter and seasonings (you don't need tartar sauce or cocktail sauce for this tasty dish!), and I think it came with the drink. $14.99. We were so glad for her recommendation which got us acquainted with the quality of food and the friendly atmosphere. Beer and wine served for those who drink. I am definitely going back!
Horrible experience! Order crab cake sandwich which was soggy and tasteless. Friend ordered shrimp over rice. Shrimp were small, overcooked and still had the veins. This place is clearly a tourist trap.
