Bad attitudes the forget who the customer is they left us hanging for 5 days then they didn't fix the problem. Calling somebody else

Cucco's service was awesome. They answered the phone in the evening (when I was expecting an answer service), they came out the following day, cleared a small problem in a few minutes and gave real advice vs trying to constantly upsell. These guys offer regular service and a realistic price and they now have our business. Great people, great service model and great attitude. Thanks!!

Do they exist?



We have a 10-day old infant and are dealing with AC issues. I contacted Cucco's for service, and they told me they should be able to get to us that day.



That day turned into Tuesday, and we were told the technician (whom we later found out owns 50% of the business) was supposed to call us to schedule an appointment. He never called.



In the meantime, our system was fluctuating between on and off and not holding a steady temperature. I was able to get with the company and they again directed me to the technician.



After speaking to him again, he would not come out until the following Tuesday. When pressed, he said 'Well, I didn't install your system, so there are other people we do business with that have priority.'



I'm glad to know an infant in an overheated home is less important to them than other folks who may or may not have already had a business relationship with them.



Vote with your feet everyone, and walk AWAY from this particular company.

Today I can actually say I met one of God's special people when I encountered Chris with Cucco's a/c. My ac stopped working and I was frantically searching for help. I was quoted anywhere from $3,000 to $9,000 for replacement cost and then Chris contacted me and offered to come out and evaluate the situation. Wow was I surprised to learn that my a/c was fine but I have a problem with the fuse box. Talk about HONESTY he is one person that can actually be trusted. Today with things the way they are in this economy and myself being a senior citizen I along with most have to watch very carefully what I spend . The other a/c people that I dealt with were evidently worried about their economy and a way to increase it with unsuspecting clients... For the past six years I have practiced as a hospice Nurse and quite often have been referred to as an angel for what I do. Well in the a/c business I would refer to Cucco's as a compassionate, concerned and honest place of business and Chris is surely one of their angel's. Needless to say I will reccomend them to anyone I can and if someone has a doubt about them I can truely say it would be their loss not to use them. Go Chris go....... INTEGRITY AT IT'S FINEST

this is a EXCELLENTcompany-It is great to find HONEST and really nice people that won't rip you off-I have dealt with them for two years- they go beyond the normal to make sure you are happy-I will not even consider going to someone else as a customer I am 100% satisfied
