Ive always had a good experience with clean cab. But today a driver that goes by the name Crystal had someone younger looking in the passenger (never have i experienced a cab driver have a passenger) maybe 18-19 yrs of age. At first i thought nothing of it until the young lady started consistently asking the driver about a "Pack" this pack was mentioned about half a dozen times. At one point right before we arrived at my destination crystal told the younger woman to "let the ice mam know we bouta be on our way." at that point i was quite sursprised. I dont know if you also work for a "ice" company but im pretty sure your cab services are being used for more than transporting just people...
I work at the VA Hospital I had the pleasure of taking the cab a few years back but witness the young lady who works for clean cab and we all are extended by her expertise her love for people her kind of warm friendly smile this young lady's name is Patricia she pushed one of our patients sisters into the VA set it at the front desk Park the taxi then walked back in and took her upstairs to see her sister she sat with this patient until she was done we asked her what company she worked for even though we already knew she said clean cab why is there anything I can help you with we all smiled and said no we just wanted to thank you for your expertise and it could job done no taxi company in Ohio and do what you are doing young lady she smiled back and said I love people what can I say with that being said if you ever want to love one to be in safe hands call clean cab ask for Patricia cab 21 this young lady is going to make that company a lot of money and I hope if the owner is reading this you need to compensate that young lady cuz I know you guys are not she's just a copy to you and that's what Saturn us all here we asked her if she was being paid for her Services she said yes I get paid by the hour when I'm with a customer who refers me to stay with him but surely you guys are not compensating her and that's why you're only getting2 star
Clean Cab could not respond in a timely manner.I was told it would be two hours before I could be serviced.I understood. It was a Sunday afternoon/evening and probably low call volume which equals less drivers. I understand.
i do not usually do reviews but patrisha cab 21 clean cab is one hell of a driver loves to talk makes you feel like family and hee car is always clean and smells great we noticed there is only her aa a female driver this company was growing but now we barely see miss smilely patrisha always tols she is busy we hope to see her alot more we know she is limited on hours due to a injury but she is only reason we stay with your company such a love so sweet and always gives us a call to let us know when she is coming if you call ask for her
Never thought I would need a taxi in the middle of this night. My car was in the shop and needed a ride to the hospital to check on my sister. Had the friendliest taxi driver too, I think I remember his name was Brian. I am so glad I decided to call Clean Cab, the service was so nice. Also the lady on the phone was very helpful too. Never seen a taxi so clean. And it only took the taxi 10 minutes to get to my side of town. I really hate to rely on others to drive, but it's nice to know we have such safe driver's out there too and plus he opened my car door for me, haven't seen that in a long time was very surprised.
Ive just got to say to the Dayton International Airport, "Shame On You" for allowing, or letting, Dayton Express Cab to buy you out, thus throwing thousands of taxi cab customers under the bus. Dayton Express is the worst Ive ever seen. They hiked their rates up to $80 for a ride, that would only be $50 -$60 in any other taxi vehicle. They gave me the worst experience, and I promise you that I will never fly out of Dayton again, and my sizable company has agreed to pay for other transportation locations and services. Our PR and HR Offices in other regions have agreed to not fly into Dayton, until Dayton Express is taken out of their "bought" position. Shame on you Dayton Airport. Youre gonna regret this for a long time.
I took a cab today, the dispatcher, Brian was very friendly and helpful. I needed a ride to go to therapy and I was in a crappy mood. I love it cause Wendy the driver talked to me and tried to cheer me up. She was so great. Usually Tricia gives me a ride places too and she is great too. Clean cab is such a helpful company and I love the people.
This company is becoming a joke it is sad to see such a thriving business go down hill when Mr. Vann took pride in his company.Your driver by the name of wendy is rude ghetto and her cabs smell.We enjoy when we get steven and really love when we get trisha.However the dispatcher Brian is rude inpatient and needs to learn people skills.I have asked to talk to the owner on several occasions since mr. Vann has passed not once have i received a call.Your driver wendy takes calls without you knowing i know we called her just to see if she was as conniving as we thought in deed she is.Its ashame you have 2 great drivers steven and trisha but yet you have her doing. A lot of your runs.While stealing money from your company.We stop taking your cab 2 months ago after we requested trisha or steven and found out your driver was crooked.I am sorry for this review but since we can not speak with the owner maybe this will open some eyes.You have a driver everyone loves god bless her soul cause she is such a love i know she was doing sales for this company her and jennifer but you reap all the rewards i just hope the 2 of them have wised up cause they was lining your pockets while they did all the work.This company is great if you get trisha or steven they are prompt friendly and professional they lost jennifer who was just as sweet as trisha little rough around edges but sweet so if you use this company request these 2 specially trisha
Two-part review first of all the young lady by the name Patricia is exactly what the rest of these reviews say She's On Time Professional even though she feels like crap she still puts a smile on her face and the reason I say that is I had the pleasure of taking her Tuesday and clearly did not feel well you can just see it on her face that she was sick but she is very professional on time and took time to make sure I was comfortable I'm pretty sure this company does not allow sick time or anything else but dealing with this company for a while now I think I will start taking someone else because frankly if you treat your employees like that I can only imagine how you would treat your customers if you didn't have Patricia as a driver so therefore you're only getting a 2 star rating with someone as professional as her and she has children at home and this is her only income we taken your cab a lot we gotten to know patricia you should do everything in your power to offer her some type of sick benefit but instead you take the profits and pocket them while this girl works while in pain and sick think I don't know think again this company needs a new reality check
The driver was on time and very friendly. I'm giving them a 1 star rating because of the price. I traveled 10 miles, total ride time 15 minutes, and the price was $70. Uber would have been $12. The other cab company quoted me at $30. I never imagined that this ride could be that expensive. The driver was nice and called the company for me and dispatch told them that was the price that the owner gave them. My recommendation is to save yourself money and take Uber.
