I took my car into Midas for new tires, break check, alignment. I was told i needed a 3 step fuel system cleaning done. I agreed, thinking it was for the best of my car. BIG MISTAKE! My car is shaking, and the engine light wont turn off. I called corporate, the district manager a few hours of getting home. The district manager got back to me on Sat and I took it back. I was now told that I needed a new battery and that I need new plugs and coils! How is that my car worked better going in then coming out? I got the new battery but not the plugs or coils! When i received my paper work on Friday my checklist that states plugs and coils all check good! Checked in the green! Not the yellow or red! I feel that this location is really scamming me! I really believe, they are trying to meet their sales goals by damaging my car and trying to get me to pay more! I plan on taking my car to the dealership and have them find out the truth about what this Midas did to my car! We( the public) take our car to you, because you say you fix cars but what you do is take advantage of honest, hard working people! I also plan on contacting the BBB and showing them all the paperwork and pictures of the damage you have done to my car!
Horrible treatment/svc! Ordered bedroom set for daughter; scheduled delivery for Jun 18th advised I needed early delivery we're moving out of state same day; I later changed date to July 3rd; given time of delivery between 12-6 reiterated issue;July 3rd I called at 10, told I was on delivery list, told to call main store to get time;called & spoken to rudely by Jessica; said she had no info other than I was on list & would be between 12-6; reiterated I had a truck rented waiting & was driving out of state (ordered lg truck for the new furniture!); 5:30 & call again-15 min. later owner, Tony, calls saying he's so sorry the furniture came in that morning (even though original delivery was Jun) destroyed & warehouse & svc mgr was supposed to call me; he assured he did a rush order & new set would be here 7-10 business days & he would immediately deliver to daughter in NC; 7 days I called, 10 days I called kept getting different delivery; s/w another rude lady who told me I can't have a refund; owner continues to refuse all my calls; s/w Jessica, svc mgr, Mon Jul 24th guaranteed they were just waiting on bed & would be there Wed the 26th that she had spoken with manuf-no call rec'd on 26th; 27th s/w with her & she said bed came in & she guaranteed she'd call me Fri w/ day & time they'd have it delivered THIS WEEKEND (28/29 Jul)-no call; called store the 28th-Tony refused my call & I s/w horrible rude man named Mike telling me I was LUCKY they were even delivering & someone would call me Mon b/c Jessica is out & she was the only one who could schedule delivery even though SHE had told me TONY was arranging the delivery!! Tony was there refused call. Meantime I'm having to PAY the finance Co w/NO FURNITURE & daughter sleeping on floor! I told Mike that if Tony didn't call me back I'd be at the store when it opened & will wait to talk to Owner & he said, "That's fine, store is full of comfy couches you can sit on all day!" WORST SVC EVER!!! I have now filed a BBB complaint
I have had nothing but positive experiences at both Jason Hensley Goodyear stores, although I most often frequent the one on Salem and Otterbein. Two years ago the cover on my catalytic converter came off while I was traveling in Virginia. I took my van to a shop there and was told it would be $1500 to replace my exhaust system, and that was the only solution. I persuaded them to patch it until I could get home. Shortly after I got home, my van started losing power and got loud. I made an appointment and took it to Goodyear, expecting to spend at least $1500. Want to guess what I actually paid? $110. And that was after I told the owner I expected to pay $1500. He could have sold me an entire exhaust system and I would never have known the difference.Today I went in for a new muffler. The estimate was around $250 for just the muffler or $400 for the entire system, depending on how much rust was under there. My van is a 2002 with over 150,000 miles on it. I wasn't surprised it needed some TLC. What did surprise me was that Mike and Darrell decided they the muffler was in pretty good condition and they could patch it instead. If the patch holds, I'll be good for a couple of years. If it doesn't hold, they'll deduct the cost of the patch and replace the muffler like we originally expected. Today instead of $250, I paid $62.I have several more stories about expecting to spend more and walking away having spent much less at Jason's stores. These guys give honest, friendly, competent service. I wouldn't take my elderly van any place else.

Corwin Nixon is quick to say you will need to reschedule if you are not on time, but they are not respectful of their patients' time at all. My apt was 10:00, I arrived at 9:57, the receptionist attempted to cancel my appointment, because she said I was late. I informed her I was not late, but I waited one hour there and had not seen the Nurse Practitioner, they really need to practice what they preach!!
Great experience, start to finish. Was referred by Lexus of Dayton. Caleb was great to work with and the staff did a wonderful job making as good as new. Estimated 3 days and was done in 2. Even buffed out some unrelated scratches at no additional charge.
