While they may treat the residents well and pay contractors and sub-contractors on time, their methodologies regarding property management are archaic. If you are an investor and they manage property for you, they will charge hidden fees. Additionally, they will pay handymen with cash and attempt to conceal the actual amount of capital allocated for expenses. For any investor considering using this company, I suggest you ask a lot of questions regarding how your capital is handled.

As for residents and contractors reading this, I actually have to recommend K&E Property Management; most of the residents and contractors always provided me with positive feedback over the two plus years K&E managed our portfolio.

I was told honesty was the best rout to take by K and E staff. They told us the owner was selling and gave us a 30 day notice to get out. When in fact they re rented it after they gave us a huge bill, including the carpet that was already worn out when we moved in. It's hard to find a house in 30 days. We were looking everyday, driving around. We even had three different apps on our cell phones that notifies you when there's something available. Having a kid still in school we were also confined to the Centerville area. This is my second review in response to their lame explanation on my first review. We did try to find a place in thirty days and I'll say it again, these people don't care what your situation is. They go strictly by the book, which is a thirty day notice to get out with no real explanation. Yes, it took us longer than 30 days to move. Yes we went to court. When you are being evicted you can't pay rent even if you try. We never missed rent. Horrible and heartless....
