J and D investments is a great company. They make a huge effort to make sure repairs are done in a timely manner,but if you do not call with your request they obviously will not be able to attend to your needs. Also no repairs are done without asking permission from the owner of the property and recieving confirmation of the repairs or work to be done.J and D is always looking out for the best interest of the owner and tenants residing in the property. Great company who is very straight forward honest and is great with working with people.
