General Info: Founded in 1919, Globe Products provides machines and tooling for manufacturing small electric motors. Its products are divided into stator and armature equipment. Stator equipment forms the stationary part of a motor, dynamo or turbine and includes lamination stacking, stator winding, cell and terminal inserting, stator bonding, board placing and stator testing equipment. The armature moving parts include core assembly, wedge inserting, end fiber placer, cell paper insert, impregnating, armature testing, commutator placer and turning, winding, balancing and hot staking equipment. The company s subsidiaries include Fisher Data Products and Micafil. With headquarters in Dayton, Ohio, the company also conducts business in Mexico, Brazil, Australia, China and Europe.
