These idiots gave a 3yo plus strength reading glasses for nearsighted old people versus the minus strength seeing glasses for being nearsighted. We found out after taking them elsewhere that had a machine to diagnose the glasses, after she was bumping into everything & not wanting to wear them at all & looking over them. Sure, they corrected the mistake that should've never happened in the first place. Idiots. Complete incompetence. Oh, gee & look at all the other horrid complaints. Guess they need to fire & change all staff or be shut down, morons of incompetence.
Thought I could get some cheap glasses, wrong one pair with $29 frames, bifocal, transition and crizal lens That was on Jan 19th, still no glasses today Jan 31.
I took my son into buy glasses on the one Saturday a month that they were open 3/21/15. I already had his prescription and was just going to purchase glasses. When we came up to the front to order and pay for the glasses the staff member at the front was very rude, "Kelley" she told me she could not bill unless I knew exactly what my anthem blue cross blue shield covered. I told her that they didnt cover eye glasses and that I could just order and pay for them. She became very rude and unwilling to help us. I have never expierenced anything like this and I have been buying my sons glasses for years with the same insurance. Horrible service
Wonderful doctor. I was given excellent eye care and my cataract surgery was wonderful. I see beautifully now.
If I could give less I would. I have nothing but trouble getting my glasses. The first time I ordered them was on Saturday and was told they would be ready on Tuesday. I took the day off work to get my glasses only to be told they was not ready. I drove all the way to the store, which is about 1/2 hour drive and I had to wait until Thursday. When I picked them up, I could not see out of them. When I told the person that was helping what was going on he told me I'd have to used to them. I told him I had other progressive lens and did not have any problems with them. So I took cause that is what the "professional" told me. Well they did not work out. I went back and I was told with my prescription I should have not order those frames. The reason I went there was to get help from a professional. So they reordered everything. different frames (which they charged me for) and new lens. Over 9 days and I still don't have my glasses. They called 2 days after the reorder and said they broke one of my lens and they said the new one would be in 4 days. Well still no glasses and I just keep getting excuses. I will never walk back in this place. If you have a simple glasses you might be fine but I won't be back even if I have to pay double for my glasses. This issues is so bad, I'm contacting their headquarters about this issue, which I have never done.

Dr Timmerman is fantastic! She and the staff are extremely friendly, and the office is very warm and inviting. They are always ready to help if I need my glasses adjusted or repaired as well! I have a difficult time wearing contact lenses, but Dr Timmerman has worked with me to find some that I can wear all day, comfortably! They are definitely the best in town!
My son came office for tear duct problem. The doctor spent LESS THAN 1 MINUTE with my son. They charged us over $200 for his 1 minute. After hearing my complain, they give me a DISCOUNT of $35xx. We end up with $178.xx that we have to pay with our credit card. I don't how my sights that they saved but they blinded us with their bill."Eye Surgeons", they are but "Family?"
