my wife signed up for a one month trial of the kickboxing class, the class was fine but she had problems getting there after work and taking care of our 3 year old (I work nights) so she decided not to continue. we were then charged the next month for a continuation which she didnt sign up for so i called they were nice and said we would get a refund. well the refund never came and the next month we were charged again... so i called again not very happy... their receptionist REFUSED to let me speak with a manager and finally when i did they again told me there would be a refund of the two months i had now been overcharged. great i thought it was all resolved but then the next month... SURPRISE charged again! so i call again and specifically ask them to refund yet again and remove me from their system sinse they cant seem to figure out i dont want to be charged anymore. as of three weeks after i called still no refund
