Kearsley Creek Townhomes

I would NOT recommend Kearsley Creek Townhomes to anyone. Maintenance was a joke -- had a water leak in my first month and at the end of my lease (1 yr) it still had not been repaired. Problem w/upper window, they duck taped it. Try to manipulate tenants with scare techniques which probably works in most cases unless you are familiar with landlord-tenant laws. Tried to get around laws governing support animals which are regulated thru the FHA and ADA and even upon my departure stated the dog was unauthorized. Said my unit smelled / urine etc. The dog was house trained to use potty pads, and furthermore she has never smelled the odor from an ostomy bag, rather nasty, and no amount of air cleaners will ever completely eliminate it. Then there is the item of identity theft of residents obtained via their employee. Bullying allowed -- often felt like I was the wrong color. They even went so far as to tell my kids how to dress. Lost all trust and could not wait until lease was up.
