I came into the clinic with an injured foot. I had no insurance & thankfully they didn't turn me away & even charged me a discounted rate which was very helpful. Dr. Kahn ordered some x-rays which were performed within 15 minutes & turned out the foot was actually broken so they splinted it immediately, gave me a prescription & referral paperwork for follow up with an Orthopedic provider. Probably waited about an hour to see the doctor initially but after that, things went relatively fast. IF I'd gone to the ER I probably would have waited 3 or more hours just to be seen & charged an exorbitant amount of money in comparison to what Hope Urgent Care charged me. I'm quite grateful for their service & that they were open so late on a Saturday night to diagnose my injury so fast.
I would highly recommend this place if you need after hours care & I would go again should the need arise.
Dr. Zimmerman is an extremely compassionate and caring. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality! The entire staff was very outgoing and friendly. I have been to this urgent care about 5 times over the past 3 years and have had a positive experience every time...I highly recommend this place,.

i brought my grand daughter in for an ear infection, the Dr was super with her and the front desk and medical assistants were polite and caring. They got us right in . We will diffenetly go back
