Adobe at Evergreen's Roommate Program offers an inexpensive alternate to 1 bedroom apartments. Adobe is the only apartment complex in Davis specifically constructed for a successful and hassle-free Roommate Program. What IS a Roommate Program? A 3 or 4 bedroom apartment is split into 3 or 4 individual studio suite-style rooms-- this means you are on your own lease and we find your roommates for you. What do I get? A spacious bedroom with a private bathroom, dressing area, sink, microwave, mini fridge, and private lock. You share the common areas and split the cost of living with 3 compatible roommates. How do you match me with roommates? We use a detailed Roommate Matching Worksheet and foster communication between roommates before you sign. How do I benefit from this program? An individual lease contract means you are separate from your roommates which alleviates joint responsibility issues that arise under standard apartment leases-even rent payments!
