Jet Transmission

Absolutely horrible! I have brought my car back four times already. First time, they used up my tank of gas and left food all over my car. Now this time, being the fourth, they are trying to make me pay $300 or else they won't give my car back. And I am under a 12 month warranty until February 2013.

They will not honor their warranties and they do a cheap HORRIBLE job. I highly DO not recommend them.

this shop is awesome they did such a great job on my 2003 Honda accord my wife was pregnant and we needed the car asap they had my car done and ready in less then 2 days my car was driving like a beauty I advise anyone to go to this shop its excellent everyone was so helpful great customer service I will forever be a customer of jet transmission

Beware! they sold me a remanufactured rear end 1400$ took it back several times they said my tires were the cause of niose took it to another shop paid over 1700$ to fix every thing wrong replaced tires and the owner told me i need a new rear end ,it had a bad ring an pinion took it back to jet they put another junk yard rear end in and it broke down took it to another trans shop and its going to cost another 2100$ to get a real remanufactured rear end i will be suing civilly !!

I took my 99 Honda Accord to this shop through a friend that did his transmission with them as well. At first I was a little iffy about taking my car to a shop because I am more of a do it yourself type of person but transmission is not my cup of tea. I am so glad I did, customer service was great they helped me with some other parts that needed replacing also went the extra step showing me others factors that needed to be looked at. I can't remember the last time my car felt this good. Very humble even when I told them that I wanted to do this review they said as long as I'm satisfied then that's all that counts. Have had to take my car back 3 times so far after having a new transmission installed. Thank goodness for such a thing as a warranty. Hopefully they fix it right this time.
