Falcon's Nest

It's two days before Thanksgiving. I contact Falcon's Nest on Tuesday morning in hopes someone can clean my old chimney in my old house, before the holiday (high risk of carbon monoxide filling a clogged chimney - recipe for disaster) on short notice. I received a call back within the hour, Earl said he could come to my home (30 miles away - the same day) and clean the chimney (in an hour), quoted me a fair price and I agreed to the service.
Earl came to my home, respectfully went to work and cleaned 6ft of soot and debris from the chimney, provided videos (pics too), a receipt via text and advised on next steps with my water heater and chimney maintenance. To top it off, I was charged $150 less than the original quote. That's honesty, that's professionalism (pretty rare qualities these days) and I am eternally grateful. Looking for a Chimney Sweep - THESE ARE THE RIGHT GUYS to do the job. Phenomenal Service and Work!! I cannot praise them enough. Thank you, Earl and Falcon's Nest!
