        Sorg's Quality Meats and Sausages is a family-owned meat processing plant and specialty grocery store. You will find a wide variety of top-quality meats in our butcher case from bratwurst and bison to lamb chops to steak and everything in between, plus all the Wisconsin cheese you love. Pick up homemade pies and other unique Wisconsin food items while you're here. Visit our Facebook page to learn more about our unique store and new deals.*As many probably have heard, we had a silo fall on our building, taking our processing room and freezer. Grateful to say, NO ONE WAS HURT. We are still open, and operating at our best. However, we will NOT be taking ANY DEER trim for sausage. We apologize for any inconvenience.
