The Mailroom

I rate this business five stars on all catagorirs except one - Security. Your mail and packages are totally secure!!! The place is closed up like Fort Knox. My problem is that I am sitting outside on the sidewalk right now and my car Keyes house keys and mailbox keyed are locked inside the mailroom after hours. They are sticking out of my mailbox locked in behind locked doors. I can see them but cannot access them. This happens to be Saturday of a three day holiday weekend. There is no telephone number on the window to contact for an emergency. If there were a flood or fire or just about any type of emergency there is no way to contact the owner of the business. We are on the sidewalk freezing to death. Night time has arrived. My daughter is in sleeveless shirt and freezing and needs her seizure medicine that is at my home. We are about to have a nedical emergency in a couple more hours. I just wish this store owner would put a note on the window saying who to contact in an emergency.
