Howard Jones Salon

At my last salon in LA everyone was so friendly and eager to make me feel comfortable. This salon is small, dirty, and not up scale as advertised. I thought it was going to be a spa experience but the music was loud, no drinks and very hot. When I spoke with the owner he was cold and I was not happy with his service. My hair was cut too short and was not the modern look I was looking for. Plus he did not have time to blow dry my hair and had some little assistant do it. This was not what i paid for. Orange County has so many salons I would go someplace else. I feel badly saying this because the other stylist could be great, but the owner blew it for me.
